1. Plant Description

After communication with the customer, we know that the original ore is basalt, and the required specifications of finished materials are 0 ~ 5mm, 5 ~ 10mm, and 10 ~ 22mm respectively. According to the needs of the project, the daily output is 3000 ~ 4000 tons, all of which are used in the highway project. It is required that the finished products should be of good granulation type.

We finally confirmed to produce the design of 350 tons per hour to ensure daily needs, increase the production time during the peak of material consumption, ensure the output, and minimize the equipment investment. Finally Jaw Crusher+Coarse Cone Crusher+Impact Crusher we designed approved by customer. The solution including up-front investment, construction land, operation cost(power consumption and spare parts consumption), the size and shape of the finished products etc, were superior to the other company's design of Jaw Crusher+Coarse crushing+Fine Crushing+Complete Sand making machine. The complete plant was built in 2018, and the actual output can reach to 380 tons/hour. This plant has been running continuously till now. The customer is satisfied with our best service and the best design for them.
