1.Description
RGP single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher integrates mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, automation, intelligent control and other technologies. It can be widely used in medium, fine and ultra-fine crushing operations in metal and non-metallic mines, cement, sand and gravel, metallurgy and other industries. 1. Optimized design of body and cavity
Enhanced frame structure design, non-destructive inspection and acceptance of key parts, higher body strength and more reliable operation. The optimized crushing cavity design ensures high laminated crushing efficiency, while the crushing effect of the equipment is not affected by the wear of the liner.
2. Automation
The automation control system can achieve the overloading protection, iron-passing protection, and function of constant-chamber without the effect of liner-wearing, can also constantly monitor these conditions such as oil temperature, oil flow, oil pressure motor load and discharge opening size, etc., which ensure the machine work stably.
3. Multiple modes to switch at will
The fully automatic control system provides users with multiple control modes such as manual control, automatic load, automatic discharge port and automatic double discharge port, with a high degree of visualization and reducing the user's operational difficulty.
4. Wide Applicability
There are two types of cone crusher: standard type and short head type. There are several of chambers can be chosen for each type. Different chambers can be changed by ECC. The adjusting of products' classifying can be achieved by adjusting the driving shaft speed to maximize the equipment's value.
5. Positive pressure dust prevention reduces maintenance
The positive pressure dust-proof system keeps the internal pressure of the crushing chamber higher than the external pressure, effectively reducing the dust or other small particles entering the crushing chamber to pollute the lubricating oil, damage the bearings, improve the service life of the crusher, and reduce the maintenance workload.
3.Working Principle
RGP single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is mainly composed of upper frame body, middle frame body (medium crush type), lower frame body, movable cone part, eccentric sleeve part, transmission part, hydraulic cylinder part and other components.
When working, the motor drives the horizontal shaft to rotate, the horizontal shaft drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the gear, and then the eccentric sleeve drives the cone to make a circular swing, so as to realize continuous crushing of stones.
