Working Principle
When working, the rotation of the motor drives the belt pulley, the transmission shaft and the cone part to swing under the force of the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall of the cone crusher sometimes approaches and sometimes leaves the surface of the white wall fixed on the upper frame. The ore is continuously impacted and crushed in the crushing cavity, and the crushed materials are discharged from the lower part. Adjustment of the size of the discharge port: The first function of the bottom hydraulic cylinder is to adjust the up and down position of the main shaft, thereby adjusting the distance between the movable cone and the outer cone liner. The smaller the distance, the smaller the discharging granularity of the crusher; the larger the distance, the larger the discharging granularity of the crusher. At the same time, choosing different crushing cavity types and choosing different eccentricity can also change the size of the material discharge.
