Working principle of flat motor:

DC current flows into the coil through the sliding contact between the brush and the commutator (converter).

The energized coils of the different windings cut the magnetic lines of force in a permanent magnetic field

formed by the electronic components to generate an electromagnetic force, and the moment formed by the

electromagnetic force causes the rotor to rotate. The current flowing through the brush is cycled through

the commutator to achieve permanent operation of the rotor.

Vibration principle of flat motor:

Since a mass eccentric vibrator is installed on the rotor, the center of gravity of the rotor mass deviates

from the center of the shaft; due to the imbalance of the object, the center of gravity of the rotor constantly

changes during the rotation, so vibration is generated.

The coin vibration motor with wire is the most common connection way, with low cost and mature process.

We have diameter 6mm, 8mm, 10mm with different thickness.
