Safety information
- The A7VO(LO) pumps are designed for operation in open circuits
- System design, installation and commissioning must be carried out by trained technicians or dealers.
- All hydraulic ports may only be used to install hydraulic working lines.
- The housing (especially the solenoid) may be very hot during and shortly after operation of the pump, so burns must be avoided; take appropriate safety precautions (wear protective clothing).
- Depending on the operating conditions (operating pressure, oil temperature) of the axial piston element, deviations in the performance curves may occur.
- Pressure ports:
All materials selected and port threads designed to withstand peak pressures.
Machine and system manufacturers must ensure that the safety factors of all connecting elements and hydraulic lines are suitable for the actual operating conditions (pressure, flow, oil, temperature).
- All data and information provided with the product must be observed.
- The product is not certified as a component in accordance with the requirements of the safety concept of the entire machine system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13849.
- The following tightening torques apply:
• Threaded holes in the axial piston unit:
The maximum permissible tightening torque MGMax is the maximum value for the threaded holes in the pump housing and must not be exceeded. The values are given in the table below.
• Accessories:
Observe the manufacturer's information on the maximum permissible tightening torques for the accessories used.
• Fastening screws:
For fastening screws in accordance with DIN 13, we recommend that you check the permissible tightening torques in the individual case in accordance with VDI 2230.
• Locking screws:
For the locking screws supplied with the axial piston unit, the following required minimum tightening torques MV should be applied.
