Hollow Conjugate Siliconized Polyester Fiber For Filling Material

Hollow conjugated siliconized polyester staple fiber is a versatile fiber that's made using a combination of PTA and MEG, PET chips, or even recycled PET and polyester waste from post-consumed PET bottles. This fiber finds its way into a wide range of applications, including yarn spinning, geotextile production, and as filling material for pillows, stuffed toys, cushions, and more. Now, when it comes to the production process, we use virgin fiber for PTA, while recycled fiber gets the job done for PET. It's all about making sure we're using the right materials to deliver top-notch quality and sustainability.

• Hollow PSF has better loft, recovery and warmth retention property than solid PSF, because there is a hole in single fiber, it can save some air.Our hollow PSF is easy to be carded and good at bonding with low melting fiber.

It’s mainly used for fiberfill, filtration, padding, wadding, insulation etc.
