MOQ:

· If you need OEM service or need to distribute our brand? the quantity will be different accordingly,and different model with different MOQ. Please Contact us for more information.

· If you need small quantity for your own use, and you can accept our brand,small quantity could be acceptable.

Payment:

· TT/ LC/Paypal/Western Union etc.TT payment would be preferred for bulk quantity order: 30% deposit and the balance 70% before the shipment.

Delivery time:

· Sample order or small quantity order,we can delivery within 3 days.

· OEM service or other big order,it takes around 20 days after confirming the advance payment

Samples:

• Yes,Sample order are accepted,The samples will be charged reasonably according to the negotiation between us.

Can we mix different items in one container?

· Yes,you can order different model to mix one container,and even you need some other products,we would like to offer help.

What is about warranty time?
A: Our warranty time is 12 months,within warranty time we provide parts for free if needed,outside warranty time,we provide parts
at cost price, After sale service will be provided without time limit.

What is your terms of payment ?
A: When the payment is ≤5000USD, 100%TT in advance; when the payment is ≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , the balance will be paid before delivery.

Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen city,Beside to Hong Kong.
