A: Our warranty time is 12 months,within warranty time we provide parts for free if needed,outside warranty time,we provide parts
at cost price, After sale service will be provided without time limit.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: When the payment is ≤5000USD, 100%TT in advance; when the payment is ≥5000USD, 30% T/T in advance , the balance will be paid
before delivery.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: Our factory is located in Shenzhen city.

Q: Does your factory accept OEM? What's the MOQ?
A: Of course, we always do OEM for our customers abroad. The MOQ quantity is based on machine model
