Q: What about the samples?
A: We can supply samples.But we should charge the sample fee.And we will return after order confirmed.Customer should be responsible for the shipping fee when they require specific delivery method.

Q:Can you help me design or modified the products as we request?
A:We have a R&D capability and professional&efficient team,so custom service and OEM/ODM are welcomed. We Will try our best to make it out as long as you have a good idea.

Q:What about the after-sales services?
A:Our company is responsible for the supplied product within its usage life.

A: The different products with different MOQ. Contact us with more details.
If with stock, 1-5 sets could be acceptable as well. Q:How do you control the quality? A:Before we produce the machine,we have the IQC to check the materials first and when we produce,the QC will check the machine which in the product line,and when we finished the QC will check it again and also before we send the goods to you,you can come to our factory checking

Do you have any concerns about the after-sales service of the welding machines you buy?

We have a complete set of after-sales service system to ensure that you have no worries about purchasing.

1. We provide quality assurance service for up to 12 months wanrranty. The effective time of service is calculated form the date of purchase or Boarding date of BL.

2. For each order, we will provide 1% free PCB or key components for your maintenance.

3. If you encounter problems which can't be fixed by yourself, we can provide technical support through video communication.

4. If bad quality problems occur, our salesmen and technicians will personally go to your company to inspect and repair, and offer solutions.
