1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We're a group company including 2 factories and 1 trading company. To avoide competition and factories’ private and confidential purpose, we used ZENDAA a vertify trading company to present our products and services.

2.Q: What certificates do you have ?

A: We have gained the certificate of CE, EMC, ROHS, CSA, SAA and ISO9001.we can satisfy your regional requsted if necessary.

3.Q: Can you do OEM ?

A: Yes. We offer OEM/ODM service apart from our standards.

4. Q. Can I have a sample?

A: Yes, we welcome samples or small trial orders for your testing purpose. Standrad samples usually few days ready, but special requested samples might need 2 weeks. It depends and can be discussed.

5. Q: Why choose us?

Do you have any concerns about the after-sales service of the welding machines you buy?

We have a complete set of after-sales service system to ensure that you have no worries about purchasing.

1. We provide quality assurance service for up to 12 months wanrranty. The effective time of service is calculated form the date of purchase or Boarding date of BL.

2. For each order, we will provide 1% free PCB or key components for your maintenance.

3. If you encounter problems which can't be fixed by yourself, we can provide technical support through video communication.

4. If bad quality problems occur, our salesmen and technicians will personally go to your company to inspect and repair, and offer solutions.
