Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally, it is about 2 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 5-15 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
the order quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample.depend on the model.

What about the after sales service?

• 12 months guarantee time will be provided. The effective time calculated from the date of BL
• 1% to 2% free spare parts(PCB or other easy-damage components) to you for your maintenance.
• If need any spares urgently,we will send by Courier or by air within machine warranty period.
• If you meet any problem which can't be fixed by yourself, we will provide technical support through video.
• If any other urgent problem happen, our salesmen and technicians will go to your company to inspect and repair, and offer solutions.
