The WBZ500 Stabilized Soil Mixing Plant is mainly composed of gravel aggregate batching system, water supply system, agitation system, powder batching system, finished product conveyor, finished material storage silo, gas system, and electronic control system.
Mixing system
The main engine of the 500T stabilized soil mixing plant adopts the double-shaft forced continuous propulsion mode. The main machine adopts the linerless structure to maximize the gap between the mixing blade and the box. When the mixer is working, a layer of non-moving mixture will be formed in the gap, and stays on the box to function as a lining, protecting the box from abrasion and reducing the wear of the stirring blade.
Batching system
