Function:

Crane winch motor plays a vital role in crane operation, mainly reflected in the following aspects:
1. Realization of heavy lifting: hydraulic motor is the executive element in the winch mechanism, driven by the pressure oil provided by the hydraulic pump, which transmits the torque and movement to the drum, thus realizing the lifting and lowering movement of the heavy load. Generally the main winch uses a plunger swash-axis variable motor, and the secondary winch uses a plunger quantitative motor.
2. Control of lifting and lowering speed: The winch motor can accurately control the lifting and lowering speeds of heavy loads according to the demands of different working conditions. For example, in the lifting of small tonnage weight, the motor is required to have “high speed, low torque”; while in the lifting of large tonnage weight, the motor is required to have “low speed, high torque”.
