In order to enable users use this series of products safely and satisfactorily for a long time, please read the following warnings before installing and using the products:
1. All installation and maintenance must be performed by professional technicians.
2. The normal working voltage range of the device is DC 8V~36V. Please notthat the power input wires should be connected correctly and keep the stability of the power input. The output cannot be short-circuited.
3. The device outputs is 12V external voltage, which is only used for camera power supply. It is not allowed to connect any non-recommended equipment.
4. Connect correctly the ground wire of the device to the ground wire of the vehicle to form a circuit.
5. The equipment should be installed in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture, rain and a cleaning and flushing position,and keep the equipment away from heat, dust and strong magnetic field.
6. Please install the equipment as far as possible on the vehicle where the vibration is weak, improve the stability of the equipment and prolong the service life.
7. Do not stack debris within 20cm around the installation equipment, and donot put heavy objects on device to ensure the heat dissipation environment.
8. The device do not support hot swap, please do not insert or remove storage media(SD/HDD/SSD) or Sim card or other accessories while the device is powered on.
9. Please perform regular maintenance on the storage hard disk or SD card: copy the video data to the computer and format it to protect and extend the performance and service life of the storage device.
10. Do not open or disassemble the equipment without the guidance of a professional technician.

Why devices don’t record when they start?

1. Please check whether the SD card interface of the front version of the device has an SDcard.

2. If the SD card exists, check the status of the storage disk in the system informationinterface:

Status classification: non-existent, unformatted, normal capacity is not full, capacity isnormal, the disk is full

Status description:
-
a. Does not exist, the device does not detect the SD card, please check the SD card on thecomputer, or replace the SD card, replace the device to detect whether it is an SD cardproblem or a device problem

b. Unformatted, please format the device in the device formatting interface. After theformat is completed, check whether the SD card capacity can be displayed normally.

c. The capacity of the normal disk is not full, please check the recording mode setting tdetermine whether the recording conditions are met.

d. The capacity of the normal disk is full, please check if the video overlay switch is turnedon.

Why devices on vehicles often restart ?
-
1. Frequent restarts: the device repeatedly goes offline; the video is intermittent, notcontinuous

2. Causes frequent restarts:
-
a. The vehicle is not powered stably. Please measure the input voltage of the device whenthere is a problem with the device. The probability that the device will restartfrequently due to this situation is more common in practical applications.

b. The storage disk has failed. Format the storage disk or replace the storage disk whileretaining the data.

c. Device software or hardware problem, please remove the storage device hard disk or Scard, if the device is powered normally, the device still restarts. Please inform thetechnical support personnel of the software version number and return to the factoryif necessary.

Why we can’t see vehicle location while device is online?

1. Please check the set GPS upload interval on the platform

2. The GPS signal on the device can receive normal positioning information for the platform, so please check whether the GPS signal on the device is displayed normally.

Why 3G dial not successfully?

1. View module status, dialing parameter settings

2. Check if the antenna is connected, 3G signal strength

3. Check the status of the SIM card, whether the SIM card has the Internet access function, ifyou need to make a call, you need to activate the voice function; and the chargingsituation, there is no arrears

Why can’t connect back end server but device runs normally?

1. The 3G connection to the platform server must be successfully dialed by 3G. Pleaseconfirm that the 3G module has successfully dialed.

2. Check whether the server IP and port set on the device are correct, and report the ID forconflict.

3. Is the back end server running normally, is there any other vehicle online?
