Established in 2003, VOBASN is a manufacturer which only focus on cell phone charge cable and cable connector. Over the last 15 years, we are quite specialized and sensitive in this field, until now we have more than 8000 square meters workshop, 280 professional stuffs and 30 sets imported automatic production equipments

In 1993, VOBASN established a company in Zhejiang Province.
In 2003, VOBASN was established, mainly focusing on USB interface research and production.

In 2007, we mainly developed and produced MIS card holders, TF storage card holders and USB interfaces for mobile phone.
In 2008, became the designated supplier of Philips, mainly for the storage card slots of digital cameras.
In 2009, TF cards holders for tablets were added to the product line.
In 2012, due to the change in the USB interface of the Apple mobile phones, the market demand expand rapidly. We then invested in the the research and development of the interfaces compatible with the Apple device and become the founding leader of the integrated interfaces.
In 2014, the technology of Apple devices compatible interfaces was optimized and upgraded in an all-round way.
In 2015, developed TYPE-C interface and applied a number of national patents for its technology.
In 2016, developed a dedicated audio interface for Apple and became one of the technological leader of the line.
In 2017, more than 70 national patents were applied for the innovative design of the interface and circuit used in apple devices, along with the increasement in service life and the innovation in structure .
In 2018, actively participated in domestic and abroad exhibitions, has established cooperative relations with many companies around the world.

Q1. How long is warranty for the cable, and if defective or faulty, how to protection your benefits?

A: All our cables are sold with 3 months warranty, and for big quantity order, we will offer 0.3% to 1% backup for defective sent with order, so if you order 1000PCs, that means you can get 1003pcs with backup. If you get faulty more than 10pcs, and less than 10%, please contact sales and offer images, and we will solve your problem in the way of replacing with new order or refund.

Q2. What kind of payment accepted?

A: Paypal, 3 to 5% additional fee according to order.
West Union, no additional fee.
TT, 12USD for order under 1500USD, if over 1500USD, no additional fee.

Q3. How long will it need for completing an order?
A: For small order and products in stock, it will take less than 3 days for preparation and delivery, and shipment time depends on clients' choice, fastest 7 days and longest 1 month.
For big order, as we need to confirm all things include materiel preparation, production, this procedure will take 5 to 21 working days according to order quantity, testing 1 to 3 working days, and finally, packing 1 day, so fastest 7 days and longest 25 days without shipment.

Q4. As long term clients, what other service we can get?
1. New product will be offered with order, so you can see if it is potential product in the market and promote it, and you will have the right to resell the product in your district.
2. Additional fee discount, cheaper price on purchasing products at smaller quantity.
3. We can offer assist on promotion images, and make images with clients' logo.

Q5.Do you accept OEM/ODM orders?

A: Yes, we accept OEM/ODM orders. For oem orders, moq is 500pcs. For ODM orders, moq 2000PCs. Mould fee will be charged according to design.

Q6. Do you accept free sample order?
A: Yes, sample order is supported, some samples can be offered free without shipment fee.
