The model's roads and base are meticulously created with double-layered maple wood-pressed veneer, adding a natural texture to the overall presentation. The landscaping trees cleverly distinguish various species, effectively separating avenue trees from landscape trees. LED lighting accents along the landscape axis enhance the spatial structure through light effects.

In the core area, detailed buildings are constructed using acrylic for glass curtain walls and 3D-printed frameworks. The main structures feature internal lighting effects, contributing to a modern aesthetic. The peripheral buildings, crafted with real wood CNC cutting and 3D printed blocks with veneer, present clean blocks with a natural wood texture.
