QZY Models proudly presents the meticulously crafted 1:2500 miniature building models of the Changsha Meixi Lake District urban planning project by AECOM. The Meixi Lake project stands as the most central urban hub in Changsha, holding a star-studded status across the entire Hunan province, with a position of paramount importance and widespread recognition. In another successful collaboration, our QZY team has once again played a crucial role in supporting AECOM's victory in securing the top design award.
With an overall size of just 1.2*1.2 meters, the miniature building models strategically minimize the impact of irregular land plots, providing an efficient and impactful display. The base features the use of maple wood materials, while the buildings are entirely crafted using CNC cutting technology. Roads and the base of the model utilize double-layered maple wood veneer, with detailed differentiation of tree species, creating a powerful expression along the landscape axis, including avenue trees and decorative flowering trees. All buildings within the design zone are constructed using solid wood CNC blocks. The surfaces of key buildings are treated to deepen the wood color, while the periphery maintains the natural maple wood color, creating a clear visual distinction in the overall structural hierarchy.
Water features in the landscape are represented through printed spraying. The entire miniature building model, with a production time of just 7 days, reflects the excellence of AECOM's urban planning vision and highlights QZY Models' commitment to precision and innovation in model production.
