Designing the Future: CSNS Model Overview

Embarking on the CSNS Model’s design journey, we navigated through two preliminary design phases and developed prototypes. In addition to fabricating the main model in our workshop, meticulous attention was given to on-site booth construction and the integration of an interactive LED screen on the wall. Our on-site endeavors, including measurements, manufacturing, and installation, ensured a seamless execution.

Crafting Excellence: Model Specifications and Production

This is an industrial model, its structural foundation is crafted from durable stainless steel, with the building itself created using state-of-the-art 3D printing for a metallic paint finish. To enhance the experience, a 27-inch touchscreen is seamlessly integrated for controlling dynamic lighting effects on the instructional design models and engaging with multimedia content displayed on the wall-mounted LED screen.

Innovation in Action: Project Timeline and Scale Representation

The entire instructional design model unfolded over a 6-week production cycle, with the main section model taking 5 weeks to complete. The on-site exhibition hall underwent a transformative renovation lasting 2 weeks, while the creation of LED screens and multimedia content occupied 3 weeks. This industrial model, standing at a scale of 1:70, represents an irregular half-circle with a diameter of 5 meters.
