1. Why choose your company?

2. What kind of items can you produce?

3. What is your minimum order quantity? Is price related to quantity?

100-200 sets. More quantity, more discount.

4. What payment terms do you accept and usually accept?

T/T (30% in advance, 70% of the balance against a copy of the bill of lading) or irrevocable letter of credit

5. How does your factory conduct quality control?

Quality is the top priority!

1) We have a dedicated QC department to control the quality, and we have also accepted the third OFFIC I am Gove [R citizens understand that the goods are checked before delivery.

2) We have all detailed records of non-conforming products, and then we will summarize them based on these records to avoid recurrence.

6. Can I get samples? Can you help me design my own work? How about the sample fee and sample time?

1) Of course. We have a professional development team to design new products and produce OEM and ODM products for our customers. We can develop for you according to your ideas or design drawings, and we can also give you professional suggestions to make your products better.

2) The sampling time is about 7-15 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product. However, under normal circumstances, we can refund when the order is confirmed.

7. How to package the product?

We usually use 5-layer brown cartons with black shipping marks; if customers have specific requirements, you need to let us know them before we send you a quote.

8 . What is the production lead time?

We will receive your order deposit approximately 30-40 days.

9 . What should I do if the goods are damaged after receipt?

You need to provide relevant valid certification, and we will send you the same product the next time you order.
