The chain is connected to its left and right side link by solid axles or hollow axles. The solid axles step chain are fixed with chain link plate for transportation. The step chain width have type1000 for escalator width. And the step is fixed with step chain by index pin.

The step chain rollers are made by hydrolytic resistant polyurethane. The eligibility test of step chain roller include anti-hydrolysis 250 hours, oil hydrolysis 250 hours and life test running time 5000hours. The material of roller hub is polyamide 66
