Why Can We Always Ensure Excellent Quality

Quality Control

To ensure that our products and services meet the customers requirement and market's need, the company implements quality control from design to production, which can be divided into two quality control processes. The first is to convert customer needs into quality control plans for design solutions, and the second is to convert design solutions into quality control in the production manufacturing process to ensure our products fully reflect technical solutions and meet customer requirement.

The Design quality control process is applied in escalator modernization project design and new escalator product design. The process flow as below:

Customer requirements ⇒ Design Specifications ⇒ Design solution review ⇒ Design Analysis and Verification (include calculation, risk assessment, define critical characteristics for component & system, prototype, etc) ⇒ Design optimization & solution release

The production manufacturing control process is required to use in production and manufacturing of parts and escalators for escalator unit, moderization components and spare parts in supplier sites, we will do the audit. The process flow is:

Raw material inspection ⇒ component control plan ( key characteristics control of manufacture process include heat treatment, machining, assembly, etc.) ⇒ production inspection and test before delivery ⇒ packing and delivery
