3. Hardness:

   Shore A 25°~80°.

4. Color:

   According to your request. And the most common color is black. The price of the white color products might be little higher than others.

5. Tolerance:

   If you need a product with a specified size, please tell us in inquiry. Or we might make a wrong quotation of the product you need.

6. Working environment:

   Please inform us the work environment of the product. Such as motion situation (whether it's stationary or not, whether there are frictions or not), what medium it will contact with (exposure to corrosive gas, steam, acidic or alkaline liquid), etc.

Material Introduction

1. Characteristic:

   Silicone Rubber has excellent high temperature resistance , low temperature elasticity and especially excellent oxidation and ozong resistance, good electrical insulationi performance. Silicone Rubber has hygroscopicity and it can be used for isolatioin. It's compatible with most oils, chemicals and solvents. Generally, Siliocne Rubber has good acid and alkali resistance, resistance to polar solvents, but not to alkanes and aromatic oils. It's not recommended to be used in most concentrated solvents, oils, concentrated acids and dilute alkali solutions. Some special Silicone Rubber has radiation, fire, oil resistance and other properties. But it's not recommended to be used for dynamic sealing.

2. Temperature:

   -60 ℃ ~ 225 ℃, some special silicone rubber could be used up to 300 ℃, and the lowest temperature could be -100 ℃ (TR10 under -100℃).

3. Color:

   According to your request. And the most common color is black. The price of the white color products might be little higher than others.

4. Tolerance:

   ISO3302-1 2014 Class M2
