Biodegradable pulp molded coffee cup production line involves pulping system, thermoforming machine (with forming, wet hot pressing & trimming all in one machine), vacuum system, air compressor system.

For one set of machine, the output of coffee cup is 1~1.5tons/day. One production line can carry 3 set or more machines. Production scale is determined by the demand of output
