Fully auto bagasse fiber takeaway food tray making machine with 6 axis robot
Molded pulp is often considered a sustainable tableware material, unlike plastic material, molded pulp is produced from natural fiber, which can be recycled again after its life-cycle of 3-4 months degradable by landfill.
By using virgin pulp ( surgarcane bagasse, bamboo pulp, wood pulp, straw pulp) , this production line can change mold to produce all kinds of tableware such as paper plates and bowls, fast food take-away box, clamshell box, lunch box, cake tray, pizza tray, salad box, cups, cup lids.
The whole production is under automatic control via HIM, processes of forming, wet hot pressing, and trimming and stacking run continually, During the above processes moulds and products are transfered by 6 axis robot arm, which has saved much labor.
