Description:

Magnesium-aluminum 6061-T651 is the main alloy of the 6-series alloy and is a high-quality aluminum alloy product after heat treatment and pre-stretching process; magnesium-aluminum 6061 has excellent processing performance, good corrosion resistance, high toughness and no deformation after processing. It has excellent characteristics such as easy coloring and excellent oxidation effect.

Application:

It is widely used in various industrial structural parts that require a certain strength and high corrosion resistance, such as manufacturing trucks, tower buildings, ships, trams, and railway vehicles.

  • Please make sure the size and quantity.

  • Calculate the weight=0.785*dia. *dia. * length(mm)*2.88/1000000*quantity.
    for example, one piece φ30mm*600mm, weight= 0.785*30*30*600*2.88/1000000*1=1.22(kg).

  • If the length is short,cutting losses should be added.

  • 1-3mm tolerance is reserved for the length and width of the cut.

TIPS: T6511-Based on t6,a certain amount of stretching in order to relieve internal stress, and then straightening.

Using T651 material, it is not easy to deformation and suitable for precision workpiece and parts.
