Zeolite Molecular Sieve Oxygen Generator PSA 5a Molecular Sieve For Oxygen Making

Product Description

Molecular Sieve type 5A is an alkali alumino silicate; it is the calcium form of the Type A crystal structure. Type 5A has an effective pore opening of 5 angstroms (0.5 nm). It will adsorb molecules with a kinetic diameter of less than 5 Angstrom and exclude those larger.

It is especially suitable for PSA adsorber applications where it may be used for the separation of normal- and isoparaffin (C4 to C6 species), in PSA hydrogen purification and in oxygen concentrators.

Application

1) Removal of CO2 and moisture from the air (air pre-purification) and other gases.
2) Separation of enriched oxygen from the air.
3) Removal of mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide from natural gas.
4) Removal of mercaptans and hydrogen sulfide from hydrocarbon liquid streams (LPG, butane, propane etc.)
5) Catalyst protection, removal of oxygenates from hydrocarbons (olefin streams).
6) Removal of n-chained compositions from aromatics.
7) Production of bulk oxygen in PSA units.
8) Production of medical oxygen in small-scale oxygen concentrators

Attention

1. The product cannot be exposed in the open air and should be stored in dry condition with air-proof package
2. The product should be regenerated after a certain period of adsorption. The appropriate regenerated temperature would be better below 350°C.
