Tungsten-nickel-copper weights are used in a wide variety of industries and applications, including but not limited to the following:
Automotive Industry: For balancing vehicle parts such as engines, steering and braking systems.
Aerospace Industry: For balancing aircraft components such as rotating machinery, propellers and counterweights.
Medical Equipment: Balancing weights for medical equipment such as X-ray machines and MRI equipment.
Sports equipment: used for balance adjustment of golf clubs, tennis rackets and other sports equipment.
Industrial machinery: used for balance and weight adjustment of various mechanical equipment and instruments.
High density: Tungsten-nickel-copper weights have high density, usually above 15 g/cubic centimeter, which can provide a greater weight increase effect.
Excellent Mechanical Properties: The counterweight has excellent strength and rigidity, capable of withstanding high stress and pressure.
Good corrosion resistance: Tungsten-nickel-copper material has good corrosion resistance and can be used for a long time in humid or corrosive environments.
Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy technical support and services include:
Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy must be packaged in a way that will ensure that it is protected from damage during shipping. All packages must be clearly labeled with the product name and its weight. The product must be securely wrapped in a cushioning material such as bubble wrap or foam to prevent it from shifting during transport. Once it is packaged, the box must be sealed with a strong adhesive tape. For extra safety, the package should be further reinforced with corner protectors.
Shipping Tungsten Nickel Iron Alloy requires special care. All packages must be marked with a “Fragile” label to alert the carriers of its delicate nature. The boxes should also be marked with “This Side Up” labels to indicate which side should be facing up during transport. If the package is heavier than 70 pounds, it should be sent with a pallet to ensure that it is properly balanced during shipping.
