1. Description Of W85Cu15 Tungsten Copper Alloy For Heat Sink Material:
W85 tungsten-copper alloy heat sink is a sheet composed of 85% tungsten and 15% copper, of which 15±2% copper and 0.5% impurity tungsten. Its density can reach 16.4g/cm3, and its hardness is not lower than HB240. The electrical conductivity is relatively low about 30IACS%, the thermal conductivity is 180-200 (wm/k), the thermal expansion coefficient is 5.8 (10-6K), and the softening temperature is not lower than 900 ℃.
Copper and tungsten are combined to create tungsten copper heat sinks. By adjusting the tungsten content to correspond to the properties of the materials, such as ceramics (Al2O3, BeO), semiconductors (Si), metals (Kovar), etc., the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of the composite can be tailored. In industries including radio frequency, microwave, high power diode packaging, and optical communication systems, the goods are widely used.
