1. Before use, check the appearance and surface quality of the tungsten wire rope, and check whether there are any traces of hard damage, hard knots, hard folds, etc. from the impact of hard objects. Check to see that the tungsten wire rope is wound with an acceptable and even amount of tension. If you find any of the above problems, you should stop using it immediately.
2. The tungsten wire rope should be handled with care during installation and use. When entanglement occurs, it should follow the detouring direction and untie it slowly. Do not use brute force to forcibly pull it, which will cause a dead break.
3. When loading the furnace, releasing the furnace and opening and closing the furnace door, it is necessary to wait for the mechanical part of the equipment to run to the designated position before proceeding to avoid collision, extrusion and damage to the tungsten wire rope.
4. After the tungsten wire rope is used at high temperature, its internal structure has changed, and its brittleness has increased at room temperature. Therefore, when loading and unloading, it is necessary to lightly tap the weights, chucks and other components connected to the tungsten wire rope to avoid Severe vibrations and blows. So as not to damage the internal structure of the tungsten wire rope, resulting in broken wire.
5. When the tungsten wire rope is rotated in use, its rotation direction should follow the detouring direction during weaving, otherwise the tungsten wire rope will be loose or twisted, resulting in broken wire.
6. When the furnace is installed in the next furnace, carefully check whether the tungsten wire rope has caused the above-mentioned problems after use before starting the furnace. It can only be used when the tungsten wire rope is found to be in good condition after inspection. The tungsten wire rope needs to be changed if not in order to stop it. unexpected.
