The double layer protective coats enable the bolted tank to possess excellent anti-corrosion property and strong resistance to wearing and collision with service life up to 30 years.
The steel plates lapped mutually by using self-locking bolts connection and dedicated sealing material, it’s available to swift and low power installation.
Step One of Anti-corrosion: E-coating
E-Coating/E-coated/Electrocoating is an immersion painting process in which charged paint particles are attracted to an oppositely charged metallic surface. As the paint is deposited, it forms a coating, which insulates the metal from the surrounding charged solution. The e-coat process continues until the coating reaches the desired thickness.
Electrocoating immersion ensures 100 percent coverage of complex parts, as well as uniform thickness with no runs or sags. This in turn ensures superior corrosion protection. Consistent, controlled application nearly eliminates the need for manual touchups. At the same time, E-coat system enhances paint circulation without clumping, settling or foaming.
Step Two of Anti-corrosion: P-coating
Powder coating is a finishing process in which a coating is applied electrostatically to a surface as a free-floating, dry powder before heat is used to finalize the coating. The benefits of the process of powder coating are numerous. First, powder coating results in a thick, dense finish on metal products which can be more durable and longer lasting than conventional painting. Second, powder coating is typically a one coat finish so the process can be quite quick and easy. Third, powder coating can include multiple custom finishing colors and textures as the powders which are sprayed onto the item can be expertly manipulated. Fourth, powder coating is an environmentally safe finishing process because it produces few volatile organic compounds. Finally, powder coating creates the most even finished surfaces (horizontal and vertical surfaces) because the powder is sprayed and heated across without drips or application traces.
