The series of 10-200kW biogas generator set is the efficient and high-performance biogas generator set that is newly developed by our company.
The generator set has adopted a number of national patent technologies and core proprietary technologies with proprietary intellectual property rights to solve instable low voltage and the problem that negative voltage biogas source cannot generate electricity; it is safe, reliable, energy saving, efficient and easy installation, operation and maintenance; moreover, according to the requirements of customers, waste heat recovery systems, generator sets co-generation (CHP) systems and combined cooling heating and power(CCHP) systems can be customized

Features of biogas generator electricity

1. Electronic air/gas mixer, which can supply best air/gas ratio to improve working efficiency.
2. Ignition system: Working life and stability of generator are greatly improved by high-precision electronic ignition system.
3. Long overhaul period: 18000-25000 hours.
4. Automatic smart control system, easy to handle. Genset controller uses micro-processing technique which can carry out precision measure, constant value adjustment, timing and threshold setting and alarm protective etc.
5. Genset is approved by CE, ISO9001:2008.

Gas Requirements of biogas generator electricity
Within 1m from pressure regulating valve of gas intake

• Gas temperature ≤ 40℃

• Pressure 3-20kpa, pressure changing rate ≤ 1kpa/min

• H2S ≤ 200mg/Nm3

• NH3 ≤ 20mg/Nm3

• CH4 content ≥40%, changing rate ≤ 2%min

• Impurity particle size ≤ 5μm, impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3

Moisture content ≤ 40g/Nm
