PET Monofilament Making Machine For Rope Recycled material 0.15-0.35mm 150kgh

Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw dia.: 90mm; Rotation speed: 0～100rpm,

(2) L:D: 30:1; Material of screw: 38CrMoALA;

The screw is special design for PET bottle flakes.

(3) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(4) Melt filter: Double position melt filter changer.

(5) Spinneret device: 2 sets

(6) Metering pump:2 sets

(7) Heater: Electric heating ring to make sure the temperature evenly.

(8) Double color dosing system: 1 set

(9) Magnet base: 1 set

2. Cooling Water Tank:1 set

(1) The tank is made by Stainless Steel 304.

(2) The height of tank is adjustable and the horizontal pushing structure is conveniently to disassembly the spinneret.

(3) Use big window with double spotlight.

3. Seven roller Stretching unit A,

(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller with hard chrome plating.

(2) Steel cabinet with accurately grind gear makes the roller run smoothly.

(3) Built-out oil lubrication system which makes the gears run steady.

4. Hot water Tank:1 set

(1) Heating power: 50KW; Electrical heating, the heating pipe are in the tank.

(2) Material is stainless steel 304 with heat preservation.

(3) Equip two pressing roller for yarn.

5. Seven rollers stretching unit B: 0-180m
