Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～80 rpm.

(2) L:D: 33:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,

the screw is suitable for PP+PE Virgin.

(3) Filter: Manual/Auto filter changer.

(4) RKC pressure automatic feedback system which can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(5) Material of barrel heater: Cast aluminums with stainless steel insulation layer.

(6) Metering pump, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(7) Electrical heating round spinneret: 1 set

(8) Ceramic heating rings for spinneret with SS insulating layer. Heating power: 4kw

(9) Spinneret plate: 2 pieces

Spinneret components: 2 sets

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) Pushed and pulled in side way, the automatic lifting of tank.

(3) Special designed roller guider to separate the yarn in the tank easily.

(4) Special design of hot air channel which make the temperature evenly.

6. Seven roller stretching unit B

(1) Six variable diameter rollers and one embossing roller.

(2) Steel box with accurately grind gear makes the rollers run smoothly.

(3) Built-in oil lubrication system which makes the gears runs steady.

The bearings are from TIMKEN-TWB.

7. Spindle winder or ring twisting winder

(1) Bobbin size : 8 inch tube.
