Product Description:

1. 70×33 Extruder:2 sets

(1) Main motor power: 30KW;

(2) Screw diameter: 70mm;

(3) L:D: 33:1; Material of screw: 38CrMoALA

(4) Rotation speed of screw: 0～80rpm

(5) Hard tooth-faced speed reducer: Jiangsu Haoke Gearbox group.

(6) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(7) Metering pump:2 sets, Spinneret: 1 set, components: 2 sets

2. Cooling water tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by stainless steel 304.
