Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw diameter: 90mm, Rotation speed of screw: 0～72rpm.

(2) L:D: 33:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,

the screw is suitable for PP+PE Virgin.

(3) Filter: Auto screen changer.

(4) Pressure feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(5) Material of barrel heater: Far infraed

(6) Metering pump, rotation speed: 0-45 rotation.

(7) Electrical heating round spinneret: 1 set

(8) Spinneret heater: by ceramic heating rings with SS insulating layer.

(9) Spinneret plate: 2 pieces

2. Quenching tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) Pushed and pulled in side way, the automatic lifting of tank.

(3) Special designed roller guider to separate the yarn in the tank easily.
