Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw dia.: 90mm; Rotation speed: 0～100rpm,

(2) L:D: 30:1; Material of screw: 38CrMoALA;

(3) Melt filter: CPF

(4) Spinneret device: 2 sets

(5) Metering pump:2 sets

2. Cooling Water Tank:1 set

(1) The tank is made by Stainless Steel 304.

3. Seven roller Stretching unit A,

(1) Seven pieces variable diameter roller with hard chrome plating.
