Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw diameter: 90 mm,

(2) L:D: 33:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA;

(3) Hard tooth reducer: Jiangyin Gearbox Manufactuer Co., Ltd

(4) Filter: Automatic screen changer.

(5) Pressure automatic feedback system can adjust the screw speed automatically.

(6) Material of barrel heater: Far infarad

(7) Equip 100kg stainless steel hopper

(8) Metering pump 100cc/rpm, rotation speed: 0-40 rotation.

2. Queching tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.
