PET Monofilament Machine For Stronger Twisted Rope Made By Bottle Flakes​

Product Description:

1. Extruder: 1 set

(1) Screw dia.: 85mm; Rotation speed: 0～80rpm,

(2) L:D: 30:1; Material of screw: 38CrMoALA;

The screw is special design for PET recylce material.

(3) Pressure feedback system to control screw speed..

(4) Melt filter: Melt filter changer with candles

(5) Spinneret device: 1 set

(7) Heater: Electric heating ring .

2. Quenching Tank:1 set
