Product Description:

1. Extruder: 2 sets

(1) Screw diameter: 75mm, there is thermometer hole in the barrel .

(2) L:D: 33:1, Material of screw: 38CrMoALA ,

(3) Spinneret components and nozzles: 2 sets.

(4) Pressure automatic feedback system with touch screen

(5) Pressure sensor and gauges: Zhaohui.

(7) Euip static mixer 1 set

2. Quenching tank: 1 set

(1) The tank is made by SS 304.

(2) There are double ceramic roller guiders.
