Raw Materials Sourcing
1. Glass
Anti-reflective coating to increase module efficiency up to 2%. Light transmittance improvement more than 3%. New technology adopts on surface to improve self-cleaning ability.
2. Backsheet
Outstanding weatherproof performance. Low moisture permeability against snail trail defect. Excellent electric insulation for high system voltage up to 1500V. White and black color is optional.
3. Solar Cell
Monocrystalline solar cells from gallium doped wafers adopt PERC technology for higher power efficiency. Stable performance output even in weak light environment. PID free treatment.
4. EVA/POE Film
Light transmittance above 92%. Snail trail prevention treatment. UV resistance against ageing.
5. Junction Box
IP68 protection grade. High quality diodes for electric safety and protection of whole solar power system. 4mm² PV wires with MC4 compatible connectors for easy installation. 1500V system voltage available.
6. Aluminum Frame
Anodic oxidation layer resistant to chemical corrosion. Strong mechanical load resistance up to 5400Pa. Silver and black color is optional.
Production Equipment
FINERGY started to bringing automatic equipment and production lines since 2006. The advanced facilities help us save waste and improve quality obviously. There're 110 operation staffs in FINERGY to cover 6 production line, with annual production capacity up to 800MW. Advanced MES information system was applied on the production line to manage and record the products data. The damaged/unqualified products will be separated on line. We promise each solar panel shipped to customer with perfect performance.
