FAQ of Solar Knowledges:
Q1. For mono and poly silicon, which is better?
A: Mono silicon product has higher efficiency than poly. It can work better under low light conditions. But for poly silicon products, the price is lower than mono.
Q2. How to install solar panels?
A: It's easy to connect solar panels one by one with MC4 compatiable connectors on back. There're positive(+) and negative(-) marks on the wires.
Q3. How long can the solar panels work?
A: We, as a manufacturer, provide 12 years warranty on workmanship. During this period, if any product is broken during normal use, it'll be free for us to repair or change the defected product. We also provide 15+25 years power warranty. The output power of solar panels will be no less than 90% in 15 years and no less than 80% in 25 years.
Q4. What're the quality certificates of your solar panels?
A: Finergy solar panels have CE certificate for global markets. Besides this, we can provide IEC61215, IEC61730 and TUV certificates as well.
Q5. How to transfer the solar power to the utility grid?
A: The power generated by solar panels is DC power. It must require inverter(s) to transfer it into AC power. Then, your solar power system can be permitted to connect with the utility grid network. Through a net metering minitor, you can know how much your solar system transfers to the utility grid. Be kinldy to check the layout as below.
