Extra Care of Full Black Solar Panels from FINERGY

Raw Material QC:

1. Glass: FINERGY sources anti-reflective coated glasses from FLAT Glass or CSG. The QC staffs will take inspections on each glass. Any piece with scratches will be rejected to pass. Otherwise, it will be very clear on full black solar panel.

2. Solar Cell: FINERGY only sources mono PERC solar cells with uniform dark blue color which is only 20% of mass production. Color and characteristics sorting on each cell by machine.

3. Backsheet: FINERGY only sources from Jolywood or 3M who's the top supplier of black backsheet. Both the quality and color are perfect.

4. Aluminum Frames: FINERGY only sources from the fixed supplier with qualified anodized aluminum frame in uniform black color.

Production QC:

1. FINERGY takes performance and visual classification on each solar cell. The similar solar cells are allowed in a panel only.

2. There're 3 channels of EL inspections on automatic production line to ensure the internal quality.

3. FINERGY QC team takes 4 times visual inspections on color matching from solar cells to after lamination. No color mixed solar panel is allowed to send to customers.

4. The frames installation is completed by robots to eliminate scratches on surface.
