FAQ of FINERGY Solar Panels

Q1: What's the payment terms if we buy from FINERGY?

A: For samples requirement, the payment amount is usually small and FINERGY is strict to reveive 100% deposit before goods preparation. If the customer buys bulk quantity from us, we require 20%~30% deposit after contract/PI signing and 70%~80% balance paid against copy of BL in a week.

Q2: What's the delivery time if we put down order?

A: The daily production capacity of FINERGY factory is about 5,000 pieces of standard solar panels. If you buy from us, we require extra several days for raw materials sourcing and production schedule arrangement. Generally, we're available to deliver 1MW within one week for a single customer.
