FAQ of Finergy Bifacial Solar Panels
Q1: How to gain 20% extra power from rear side?
A: Finergy uses high efficiency gallium doped bifacial mono PERC solar cells to produce bifacial solar panels. Because of transparent mesh back sheet on the rear side, the bifacial solar cells can generate power from the sunlight reflected from the ground. The higher reflectivity the ground has, the more power generation will gain. If you would like to get highest extra power from rear side, we suggest customers to paint the ground in white color.
Q2: What's the life time of transparent back sheet?
A: Finergy only uses transparent back sheet from Jolywood which is the top 1 back sheet manufacturer in China. We tested the material in the PV lab of SGS. The life time is no worse than normal products. In this case, we provide same warranty to customers.
Q3: What's the advantage comparing with dual glasses bifacial solar panel?
A: Bifacial solar panel with dual glasses is much heavier than transparent back sheet solar panel. For large scale solar power station installation, it's available to save construction cost abviously.
