Q1: How long is the life time of Finergy BIPV?
A: Finergy is producing BIPV with transparent mesh backsheet because the module weight is light for installers to carry. The structure of transparent mesh backsheet is same as normal. In this case, we can provide same product warranty, 12 years material and craft guarantee.
Q2: How much extra power gain from rear side?
A: Finergy is producing BIPV with bifacial mono PERC solar cells with high efficiency. The extra power is generated by the cells on rear from the reflected light. The exact extra power generation depends on the reflective rate of the ground. As per our test, the power from rear can reach more than 20% if the ground is in white color.
Q3: How to sell the BIPV solar panels?
A: Take 440W BIPV solar panel for example, it means the peak power of front side is 440W at standard test condition. Finergy sells to customer upon 440W. Because of bifacial solar cell and transparent mesh backsheet for production, they're a bit more expensive than normal materials. Thus, the unit price of BIPV solar panel is a little higher than normal prodcuts.
