auto coil bobbin pin inserting machine WD-28a-YCB can do with round pin, flat pin, and square pin. It can insert straight pin or auto bend the pin.

Its working process:

Manual place the material (bobbin)into vibrator fully,

machine auto kick out the material to the pin inserting positioning point-auto swag-pin insert-pin cut-auto unload (and meanwhile auto kick out)

1. Working bench tilts at 30 degree, which achieves good operation.

2. Can do the pins which set in round distribution.
