Unmanaged Scooter Tire 140/70-17 90/90-18 100/90-17 110/90-16 for Off-Road Motorcycle
1. Heat dissipation grooves and air convection
Motorcycle tires generate heat during operation, and good heat dissipation performance is the key to ensuring stable tire performance. Our tires are designed with specialized heat dissipation grooves, which are not only used for drainage but also promote air convection during tire rolling. Air circulates between the inside and outside of the tire through heat dissipation grooves, effectively dissipating the heat generated inside the tire. For example, after high-speed driving or long-term driving, the heat dissipation groove can quickly reduce the temperature of the tire, preventing rubber aging and performance degradation caused by high temperature.
2. Thermal conductive materials and internal heat conduction
In addition to the heat dissipation groove, some materials with good thermal conductivity are also used inside the tire. These materials are distributed in key parts of the tire, such as the belt layer and curtain layer, which can quickly transfer the heat generated inside the tire to the tire surface, accelerating the speed of heat dissipation. By combining internal heat conduction with external heat dissipation grooves, our tires can maintain a good temperature state under various driving conditions, ensuring stable tire performance.
