1.Radial vs. Bias-Ply
We offer both radial and bias-ply carcass structures depending on the intended use of the tire. Radial tires are known for their superior handling, better fuel efficiency, and longer tread life. They have a carcass made of layers of cords that run radially from the bead to the tread, which allows for more flexible sidewalls and better resistance to deformation under load. This results in improved contact with the road surface, providing enhanced grip and stability, especially during high-speed cornering and braking.
Bias-ply tires, on the other hand, are more durable and offer better resistance to punctures. They have a carcass with cords that are laid at an angle to each other, providing a stronger and more rigid structure. Bias-ply tires are often preferred for off-road use or for motorcycles that require a more rugged tire due to the nature of their operation.
2.Cord Materials
The cords used in our tire carcasses are made of high-quality materials such as steel or synthetic fibers like rayon or nylon. Steel cords are used in some radial tires to provide additional strength and stability, especially for heavy-duty applications or high-performance motorcycles. Synthetic fibers are also commonly used as they offer a good balance of strength, flexibility, and weight. The choice of cord material depends on the specific performance requirements of the tire and the intended use of the motorcycle.
3.Bead Design
The bead of the tire is crucial for ensuring a secure fit on the rim and maintaining proper tire alignment. Our tires have a strong and durable bead design that is made to withstand the forces exerted during acceleration, braking, and cornering. The beads are made of high-strength steel wires that are wrapped and coated with rubber to provide a good seal and grip on the rim. They are designed to fit standard rim sizes accurately and ensure that the tire remains in place even under extreme conditions.
