The PT-SD80 displacement stage has a square table size of 108.0 by 108.0mm. In addition to the SM1 threaded through hole, the displacement table has a series of M6, M4 and 4-40 threaded hole arrays for the installation of samples and components. Eight 4-40 threaded holes around the central screw hole are used for our 30mm or 60mm cage system integration.
