Precision electric angle table (worm gear): PT-GD303

PT-GD303 electric angle stage is driven by precise worm gear and worm, which can effectively ensure the motion accuracy; the use of arc-shaped special guide rail makes the deviation of the rotation center position controlled within 50 microns when the load is less than 10kg, reaching the domestic advanced level. This series of products are mainly used in the field of precise angle adjustment under small load conditions.

1. Standard stepper motor, you can flexibly choose various controllers of our company to realize automatic control;

2. The adjustment angle is ±45°, which is suitable for most adjustment fields;

3. The two products are designed together, and the rotation centers overlap, which can be used alone or superimposed for multi-dimensional angle adjustment;

4. Adopt fine grinding worm gear and worm drive mechanism, with high positioning accuracy;

5. The arc-shaped cross-roller guide rail is used, which can effectively control the deviation of the space center when the angular displacement table rotates;

6. Strict assembly process and inspection methods ensure the consistency of product performance;

7. The scale circle on the periphery of the table is a laser engraved ruler, and the ruler can be rotated relative to the table, which is convenient for initial positioning and reading;

8. Equipped with zero switch and limit switch, the product can be modified or customized, the servo motor can be replaced, and the rotary encoder can be installed.
